M3 International (Propriety) Limited

In an attempt to align M3 Holdings’ vision and thus create a significant presence in Southern Africa, M3 International (Propriety) Limited (Certificate No: 2257 of 2018 / Company ID: 201811011022571 / Company No: R7 / 52423) was conceived as a Eswatini registered company incorporated under the Swaziland Companies Act No: 8 of 2009. This company primarily serve as an extension to the South African based M3 Holdings total range of product and service offerings to the Kingdom of Eswatini.

Extensive engagements were held with significant stakeholders such as: –
  • The Ministries of: –
    • Natural Resources and Energy;
    • Finance;
    • Health;
    • Housing and Urban Development; and
    • Public Works and Transport
  • Local Authorities such as: –
    • Municipal Council of Mbabane;
    • Municipal Council of Manzini;
    • Ezulwini Municipality;
    • Matsapha Town Council;
    • Pigg’s Peak Town Council;
    • Siteki Town Council;
    • Nhlangano Town Council; and
    • Hlatikhulu Town Board
  • Other Stakeholders such as: –
    • Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA);
    • Eswatini Electricity Company (EEC);
    • Eswatini Energy Regulatory Authority (SERA);
    • Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA);

We have also established a momentous partnership with Lidwala Insurance Company to provide insurances including cover for the smart technologies implemented throughout the Kingdom of Eswatini, contractor’s all risk, guarantees and other insurances as required.

After rigorous procurement processes, we are at the threshold of implementing the following smart solutions:

  • Hlatikhulu Town Board (ZERO Capital Expenditure)
    • LED smartlights on high masts; and
    • Installation of powerful, intelligent and eco-friendly solar off-grid street lighting
    • “Project Tek’chumanisa” – eManagement Software System
    • All-Inclusive Preventative Maintenance (Sustainability) and Operations of the improved smart public infrastructure
