M3 Holdings envisaged the establishment of integrated quality state of the art resorts to primarily serve ordinary people as well as tourists / patrons / customers and travelers in transit. Under the theme “Emngcebelekweni” – meaning relaxation and fun, the resort/s are designed to create frill moments for variety of customers of all ages, including individuals, corporations, businesses, schools and special interest groups.

The Emngcebelekweni resort/s will offer its customers an attractive, economical and fun-filled facility for their accommodation, entertainment and enjoyment. M3’s Hospitality and Tourism division’s primary aim is to integrate community based initiatives therefore endeavour to secure pieces of land preferably within close proximity to both the central business districts and suburban communities. The aim is to create fun valley/s by transforming these pieces of land into conferencing, entertainment / holiday destinations of choice offering water theme parks with de-luxe accommodation facilities. Our competitive advantage will be two-dimensional.

The ‘Emngcebelekweni Fun Valley’ will be an integrated water theme park consisting of the following:
➢ An administrative block housing general admin activities, conferencing / boardrooms, private lounge/bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and delicious meals with wooden deck patio overlooking the water theme park, mini wellness centre (gym) at the upper level, the basement housed the “Jazz Lounge” an adult (30 years and above) entertainment facility for live music, spacious dance floor, bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and delicious meals, etc.
➢ Water theme park consisting of 3 x Olympic size swimming pools with 2 x taper (open & close) and 4 x straight slides from a 9 – 12m high tower, lazy river connecting all pools, kiddies’ playground with its own swimming pool, jungle gym and allevated deck for moms, big wheel, big screen to view sporting activities and broadcast important messages, volleyball pitch, walk-ways within exquisite landscaping with well-manicured lawns and ablution facilities.

➢ An entertainment block with main kitchen, scullery and storage (cold room), food court with bar facilities, artist/DJ stage for live music on occasion, adequate ablution facilities, shisanyama area with its own meat sales, bar and lounge area on wooden deck, etc.
➢ Theme park entrance with turnstiles, security, life guards and first aiders centre, ticket sales, secure undercover (solar panels) parking area and recycle facilities, etc.
➢ An estate (upmarket lifestyle de luxe accommodation) consisting of luxurious 1; 2 and 3 bedroom self-catering units for tourist and/or long-term rentals with free entrance into the water theme park; convenience store / tuck shop; state-of-the-art manned / patrolled security; undercover parking;  breakfast and all other meals or snacks offered at the private exclusive lounge (ground level) of administrative block listed above
The Hotel & Conference Theatre Development flagship facility will undoubtedly be a premier venue where ordinary communities, patrons / tourists will enjoy continental frill moments.

 The property grounds of the ‘Hotel & Conference Theatre Development’ will be characterized by beautiful gardens and a Chapel for the occasional wedding ceremonies / reception.
The establishment of the ‘Hotel & Conference Theatre Development’ is envisaged to house M3 Holdings’ corporate offices (Ground Level of the main building) and to consist of the following:
➢ “Ekukhanyisweni Graduate School of Business Leadership” a satellite accredited Learning Institution for major Universities’ Graduate Schools (situated in Upper Level / 1st Floor of both the main building and club house) providing conferencing facilities, lecture theatres, auditoria, etc. with a broad based impact towards the development of the local business communities. Our efforts will also include marketing and the coordination of learning interventions. Engagements with most major universities’ graduate schools are currently underway.

➢ “Mtaliyane Hotel” providing both bed and breakfast (situated in East Wing) and 6 & 8 sleeper self-catering (situated along the property boundaries) de luxe accommodation facilities

➢ “Jazz Cafe” an adult (30 years and above) entertainment facility (situated in the basement of the main building) that provides for live music, spacious dance floor, a bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and delicious meals

➢ “Emngcebelekweni Lounge” a club house (situated in West Wing) providing exclusive frill moments through an extra-large lounge with adjacent private lounges or meeting rooms, spa treatments, private pool, jacuzzi and bar for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and delicious meals – exclusive for members’ only
In addition:
➢ The Mordaunt House, M3 Holdings’ Corporate Office will provide all corporate services including all management, finance, procurement, HR, marketing, events management, communication, etc.
➢ The Ekukhanyisweni Skills Development and Business Centre an artisan training facility for civil (building), electrical and mechanical trade training providing lecture theatres, auditoria, workshops, single accommodation, etc. with a broad based impact towards the development of young qualified artisans.
