M3 Holdings have recently entered into collaborative agreements with internationally smart technologies original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to start with locally assembling these technologies and immediately thereafter (short term) start manufacturing.

It is envisaged that the assembly / manufacturing facility will start-off with two distinct production lines, namely (1) smart public lights and (2) advance automated (smart) meters. Local young talent will be selected and internationally accredited training will be provided through these OEM partners and their preferred training providers. These training programmes will be registered with relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs)

M3 Holdings have already secured portions of land in Mbombela (Mpumalanga) since we endeavour to primarily serve the Mpumalanga and Limpopo Provincial markets as well as our neighbouring states of Eswatini and Mozambique. However, through the Eswatini Government a portion of land at the newly established Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Matsapha was also identified for these purposes

We are in advance discussions with these identified target markets to secure lucrative contracts (take-off agreements) for these smart technologies hence our decision to incorporate “Precision Technologies (Pty) Ltd” as a division of M3 Holdings and has procured the services of reputable business analysts to conduct a feasibility study and compile a comprehensive business plan.
